Question:  What makes First Ladies Unscripted Coaching Group Program different from other coaching programs?

• First Ladies Unscripted is not just a coaching program. It was created with us in mind. It's a safe haven where you can thrive personally and spiritually while embracing the unscripted journey of your life. It is designed to provide you with the tools, support, and community you need to design a life you love.

 

Question: Why should I join this Group Coaching Program?

Answer:

• Collective Wisdom: In our group coaching sessions, you'll have the opportunity to learn from not only the coach facilitator; but, also from a diverse group of like-minded women. The collective wisdom and shared experiences of the group create a dynamic and enriching learning environment.
• Accountability and Support: You'll find a supportive network of fellow First Ladies who will cheer you on, hold you accountable, and celebrate your successes with you.

 

Question: Where will the coaching program take place?

Answer: 

• All sessions are online via zoom and limited to 10 women only.  Once enrolled, you will be contacted to complete a welcome packet. Also, your zoom link  will be provided via email closer to the first class date. The dates are 11/8/23; 11/29/23; 12/13/23; 1/3/24; 1/17/24; 1/31/24 and 2/15/24 (Thursday).The private session calls will be scheduled individually.

 

Question: Do you offer individual coaching?

Answer:

• Currently, I'm not offering individual coaching at this time; just group coaching.

 

Question: What about confidentiality?

Answer:

• We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where you can openly express yourself, share your challenges, and celebrate your victories. With that in mind, a confidentiality agreement must be completed by each First Lady who participates.

 

Question: I can't afford the full payment at one time. Do you have a payment plan?

Answer:

• Yes, the coaching program can be paid into 3 installment payments of $331.67. The 1st payment will be due by 9/18/23, the 2nd payment by 10/30/23 and the 3rd by 1/3/24. You can contact me via email to arrange installment payments.

 

Question: Is coaching the same as therapy?

Answer:

• Coaching is not talk therapy or counseling. It is also not advice-giving. Coaching is a professional partnership that helps individuals to  develop and achieve their goals. It is a process that involves providing guidance, support, and encouragement to individuals or groups. Even though I am qualified to do both, I can not serve in a dual role. My role is strictly serving as an Authentic Life -Purpose Coach. 

 

Question: If I am involved in therapy. Can I still join First Ladies Unscripted Coaching Program?

Answer:

• Yes, both professions stand alone, but they can also complement each other. Depending on what you want to focus on, you can engage in either service one at a time or both at the same time. However, it important that you are clear on the expectations from each services. 

Question:  Will we have fun?
